What RogLabs keeps

RogLabs (roglabs.io) is based in the United States. Contact hello@roglabs.io. This page describes the site, the free log, Streak Club, the newsletter, and the optional Connected subscription.

What stays on your device

The planner, the buy log, and wallet addresses you paste stay in this browser. RogLabs does not receive that log unless you choose a public share link. A share link carries the record in the address itself. Clearing the browser clears the log.

What we collect

• Email. The address you type into the waitlist, the newsletter form, or Stripe Checkout.
• Streak Club. The X handle, start date, asset, cadence, amount, proof link, and the email on that row.
• Newsletter. If you ask for the weekly note, that address is sent to Beehiiv to deliver it.
• Payments. Connected is billed by Stripe. Stripe processes the card. We store subscription status in Netlify Blobs: customer id, subscription id, status, price, and the email on the checkout. We do not store card numbers.
• Sponsor checkout. If you buy a directory or newsletter placement, Stripe collects the card and the sponsor name, site URL, and creative text on Checkout. We store the paid session id, package, name, URL, and creative in Netlify Blobs so the placement can be reviewed. We do not store card numbers.
• Hosting and forms. Netlify serves the site and receives the Netlify Form copies of the waitlist and the newsletter signup.
• Visit counts. A first-party beacon sends the page path, the referrer host, utm tags on the link, the device size, and a few named actions (the calculator, a newsletter signup, a checkout click, a click out to X). There is no cookie and no third-party tracker. The IP address is hashed with a salt that changes each day and is then discarded. Netlify's coarse location (country, region, and city) is counted once per day. Browser, operating system, and language come from the request. Do Not Track skips the beacon, and /stats?exclude=me stops it on that device. Optional age range and gender on the signup form are stored as counts only. The daily totals stay in Netlify Blobs.

Payments and the merchant of record

The Connected plan is a software subscription billed through Stripe. Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record for that charge: Stripe calculates tax and handles the payment. RogLabs does not hold customer funds.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use the billing email as a password. Visit counts stay on this site. They are not sent to Google Analytics, Netlify Analytics, or GoatCounter.

How long it stays

Waitlist and newsletter addresses stay until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe. Streak Club rows stay while the board entry is up. Billing status stays while the subscription record is useful for access and for a deletion request, then we delete it. Beehiiv and Stripe keep their own copies under their policies.

Deletion

Email hello@roglabs.io from the address you want removed, or name that address in the email. Ask for the waitlist entry, the newsletter flag we hold, a Streak Club row, or the billing status we store. We will delete what we hold. Unsubscribe from the note inside a Beehiiv email, and cancel the subscription in the Stripe billing portal, because those companies hold their own records.
