The agreement for the software

These terms cover roglabs.io, run by RogLabs, based in the United States. Contact hello@roglabs.io. By using the site or starting Connected, you agree to them. The Disclaimer and the Privacy page are part of how the product is described.
The product
RogLabs is software. The free web app is a planner, a log, and a public streak board for long-term dollar-cost averaging into index funds and Bitcoin. Connected adds a reviewed verification badge, buy-day reminders, a calendar file, private crews, a browser-only FIRE percent, check-in export, and a custom card style.
RogLabs does not hold customer funds. It does not custody Bitcoin, shares, or cash. It does not give financial, investment, or tax advice. It does not execute trades, place orders, or move coins. Brokers and exchanges do that, on their own sites, if you set them up.
The subscription
Connected is $9.99 per month. That is the amount checkout charges. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Checkout is Stripe Checkout. Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record for the subscription: Stripe calculates applicable tax and is the seller of record on that charge. RogLabs provides the software.
Promotion codes, when Stripe accepts them, apply at checkout. The price you confirm on the Stripe page is the price you authorize.
Sponsor placements
Sponsor placements are one-time charges, not the Connected subscription. A featured directory listing is $49 for one week. A newsletter slot is $99 for one issue. The bundle is $129 and covers one week of directory featuring plus one newsletter issue. Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record on those charges and may add tax. The price on the Stripe page is the price you authorize. We review the name, link, and creative before a placement runs. A placement is an advertisement, not an endorsement, and not investment advice.
Canceling
Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal. From the success page, use the checkout session link. Later, use Manage billing on the pricing page: Stripe emails a sign-in link from its hosted page. We do not open a billing session from an email alone.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund a partial month already started, unless the law requires a refund. If a charge is wrong, email hello@roglabs.io and we will look at it with Stripe.
Streak Club
Streak Club is a public board. You may post a handle that is yours and a proof link to a post you made. You may not impersonate someone else, post a seed phrase or private key, harass, spam, or advertise. We can refuse, edit, or remove a row. A public row is public: do not include anything there you need kept private.
Acceptable use
Do not break the site, probe it for other people's data, or send automated signup or checkout traffic. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to post. The free log in your browser is yours. You are responsible for what you type into it and for what you put in a share link.
The service can change
The free tools can change, and Connected features can ship in pieces. We may suspend the site for maintenance or to stop abuse. We are not liable for lost records that lived only in your browser, or for decisions you make about what to buy. Index funds and Bitcoin can lose value, including everything you put in.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a law where you live says a local rule cannot be waived. Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia are the venue for a dispute that is not required to be heard somewhere else.
